Installation Instructions

NOTE: The labels for the back panel of the router are located on the
underside of the unit.
1 Be sure the Power switch is in the OFF position.
Connect the power cable to the power connector on the back of the

router; then connect it to a power outlet.

To connect the router directly to the Ethernet port on a PC,

workstation or laptop, use the gray RJ45 cable, which is a
straight-through UTP copper wire cable. The cable labeled "
on one end is a crossover UTP copper-wire cable that must be used
only when connecting the router to an Ethernet hub.
4 Connect one end of an RJ11 telephone cable to the router's
and the other end to the DSL service port (wall jack).
