When the Tape Is Full
If, when you follow steps 1 and 2 above, the system announces that AUTO ANSWER is on, the problem
may be that the message tape is full. You can listen to the messages on the tape and then clear the messages
so that the system will begin taking calls again.
1.
Press 1 to listen to all of your messages, or 2 to listen to your new messages. Remember that you can
also use 6 to skip over any messages that you've already heard. When the system has played to the end
of the message tape, it will beep twice to indicate that it is ready to accept a command.
2.
Press 3 to clear the messages. The system will rewind the message tape and ready itself to record new
messages over the old messages.
