Connect the AC power adapters to the transmitter and receiver and to a
4
power outlet.
Turn on your TV or projector and switch the input to the HDMI input to
5
which the RF-WHD200 receiver is connected.
Turn on your media sources and switch the output to the HDMI output
6
setting (if necessary).
Turn on the transmitter and receiver. During the initial setup it may take
7
a few minutes for the transmitter and receiver modules to establish a link
with each other. This is normal.
Note: The transmitter and receiver are pre-paired and should discover each other
shortly after being powered on. However, should you experience an excessively long
delay (over two minutes) for the link to be established, press the HDMI/WVAN switch
on the back of the transmitter for at least three seconds to establish the link (the
receiver must also be powered on during this process).
Using the remote, press the corresponding HDMI button to select the
8
media source that you want to watch.
Note: When switching between the four HDMI ports, it is normal for the switching to
take an average of about 10, and up to 15 seconds. The RF-WHD200 receiver will
output a black video screen with no audio at 480p (720 x 480) resolution @ 60 Hz
during the switching process.
Setting up a Wireless Video Area Network (WVAN)
The Rocketfish RF-WHD200 60GHz WirelessHD Transmitter/Receiver
can support Wireless Video Area Network (WVAN) connectivity. A
WVAN lets you connect multiple WirelessHD enabled transmitters to
a single receiver, or multiple receivers to a single transmitter.
