Firmware updates

IBM will periodically make firmware updates available for the blade server. Use the
following table to determine the methods that you can use to install these firmware
updates.

management-module Web interface to update the service processor (BMC)
firmware. The Web interface is described in the IBM BladeCenter Management
Module User's Guide.
Before installing the blade server in a BladeCenter unit, go to http://www.ibm.com/
support/ to download the latest firmware for the blade server type.
make sure that the BIOS, service processor (BMC), and diagnostic
firmware levels are consistent for all blade servers within the
BladeCenter unit.
