Scan to E-mail: E-mail Send Options
• Global Address Book: the directory of e-mail addresses kept in
the corporate LDAP directory (if LDAP is enabled) or a list of all the
SendMe users (if there is no LDAP). For more information see
"Using the Global Address Book" on page 75.
• Direct E-mail Address: for recipients that aren't in the Address
Books; use the keyboard to type the e-mail address. For more
information see "Using Direct E-mail Address" on page 76.
If you are searching for an address in an address book, type the first
few letters of the first name in the Quick Search field. If there are
matches, they are displayed.

Using the Local Address Book

The Local Address Book stores e-mail addresses that you have used
in the past. To select addresses for an e-mail:
Touch the Local Address Book circle.

Touch To as many times as you have recipients and select a name
2.
from the list.
Touch CC to copy to as many recipients as you want.
3.
Touch BC to "blind copy" to as many recipients as you want.
4.
To see the details (i.e., subject, etc.) touch Details.
5.
To do a quick search, touch the field and then type in a name.
