utility can not update the password in Active Directory for the service user, only the locally stored
value.
Most of the configuration elements of the Cisco TMSXE installation shown on the Configuration
and Resource Defaults tabs are stored locally on each node, and therefore must be updated on
each node if changed. To update the settings, open the Configuration Utility on each node and
update the value.
Updating the Sender email address and display name on the Configuration Tab must be updated
on the active node for the change to take effect or test. Changes here will automatically
propagate to the other nodes when a node becomes the active node.
Using the features on the Operations tab of the Configuration Utility, including adding/removing
resources, starting/stopping the synchronizer must be performed on the active node.
