8. In order to publish the TANDBERG form in the Organizational Forms Library, an Outlook user
needs to be granted "owner" permissions to the Organizational Forms Library. This is done by
right-clicking on the created folder and selecting Properties. In the pop-up window, select the
Permissions tab.
