Click the Client Permission button and a pop-up window appears.
It is recommended only to give one single end user the owner permission (preferably an
administrator), and use this user for publishing the form. Users you wish to have access to the form
need a minimum of Read permission granted. By default, users will have this read permission by the
Default entry being granted the Reviewer role.
10. Using the Client Permissions window, add a user and set its role to Owner as necessary and add
any desired User Groups with Reviewer Role if necessary.
11. Click OK to save the permissions, and OK again to save the properties of the new Organizational
Form.
Publishing the TANDBERG Form
When the Organizational Forms Library is in place, the TANDBERG form is "published" using an
Outlook client logged in as the user you assigned owner permissions to the Form Library.
On the server where the Integration was installed, locate the 'Video Conference Form' folder created
in the Installation path, normally
Microsoft Exchange\Video Conference Form
1.
Copy the VideoConference.oft file using the method of your choice to a client computer with
Outlook installed.
2.
Using Outlook, log in as the user you assigned 'owner' permission to.
