Answering a Call
Press to answer the call. When the call is finished,

Rejecting a Call
Press or press either volume key twice when the

phone rings. The display now shows:
A busy tone will be sent to the system. If Call Forward-
ing is activated, the number will transfer to the desig-
nated number (such as voice mail).
If the calls are not forwarded, the caller will hear a busy
tone.
If you have been unable to answer an incoming call, or if
you have rejected a call, the calling line identification
(caller id) of unanswered calls will be shown in the
missed calls list until you press

Putting a Call on Hold
If you are engaged in a call, you can put it on hold by

The Calling Line Identification service (CLI) shows the
caller's phone number when you receive a call (you may
have to order this service). If the caller's name and corre-
sponding number is stored in your phone book, the
name is displayed instead of the number.
If your subscription normally hides your number/ID
when calling, you can show the number on a designated
call.
