OPERATION
POSSIBLE CAUSE
1. Bolts not tightened.
2. Bolt hole elongated or
oversized.
3. Locknut worn out.
1. Cutting in sandy conditions.
2. Cutting in rocky conditions.
1. Pressure applied to wrong side
of motor.
1. Check valve installed on
wrong side of motor
Operation Section 4-32
POSSIBLE REMEDY
Tighten bolts to
250 ft.lbs.
Replace Bushing or
Blade Carrier.
Replace Locknut.
Increase cutting height.
Increase cutting height.
Reverse flow direction.
Move check valve to opposite
side of motor
