Welcome Screen

NOTE: Only a light touch is required when
making a selection on the LCD screen. Do not
touch the surface of the screen with any hard or
sharp object, such as pencils, pens, screwdrivers,
etc.
Install embroidery unit. Press power/light switch to
turn on machine. Welcome Screen will appear
unless it has been turned off. See Options Screens,
page 151. sseepageepage 151.
Lightly touch Welcome Screen to open first screen.

First Screen

Before the first screen opens, touch key to
allow carriage to move to starting position. The
machine will automatically display the upper case
folder of the Custom alphabet.

How to Access Alphabets and Designs

The built-in embroidery alphabets and designs have
been grouped together according to their
characteristics.
Use key to access next group. Use key to
access previous group.
To access the built-in continuous embroidery
designs see page 146.
