If the following troubleshooting tips do not resolve the problem please

Important! Always unplug and allow the vacuum to cool down before
conducting any troubleshooting. See safety warnings.
Problem
The vacuum • Ensure the appliance is plugged into a wall outlet
will not turn
• Check for damage to the plug or cord

• Check for blown fuse or tripped circuit breaker
The vacuum • Check if the filter dust bag is full, replace

The vacuum • Check if the disposable filter dust bag is full,

• Adjust the height setting. The brushroll must rest
