Disable — Disables port-based authentication on the device. This is the default.
Guest VLAN ID — Displays the Guest VLAN ID.
2. Define the relevant fields.
3. Click Apply. The 802.1X properties are defined, and the device is updated.

Defining Port Authentication

1. Click Security Suite > 802.1X > Port Authentication. The 802.1X Properties Page opens:
The 802.1X Port Authentication Page contains the following fields:
Copy From Entry Number — Indicates the row number from which port authentication parameters
are copied.
To Entry Number(s) — Indicates the row number to which port authentication parameters are
copied.
Unit Number — Displays the stacking member for which the port authentication parameters are
displayed.
Port — Indicates the port name.
User Name — Displays the user name.
Current Port Control — Displays the admin port authorization state.
Guest VLAN — Displays the Guest VLAN.
