ToDo Options menu
Press 3 to display the ToDo list screen.
Use the
and
keys to highlight the required ToDo task and press
Press
. The ToDo options menu will be displayed.
MENU
Key in the appropriate key for the required option (see table right).
Add new:
Adds a new entry.
Edit:
Edits the contents of the highlighted ToDo task.
Delete:
Deletes ToDo task(s).
•
Press 1 to delete the highlighted ToDo task.
•
Press 2 and 1 to delete all the Public ToDo tasks, or 2 and 2 to delete the completed Public ToDo tasks.
•
Press 3 and 1 to delete all the Private ToDo tasks, or 3 and 2 to delete the completed Private ToDo
tasks.
•
Press 4 to delete all the ToDo tasks.
Filter list:
Filters the ToDo task list.
•
Press 1 to display all the ToDo tasks.
•
Press 2 to display the Incomplete ToDo tasks only.
•
Press 3 to display the Completed ToDo tasks only.
Sort list:
Sorts ToDo tasks.
•
Press 1 to sort the ToDo tasks by Due date.
•
Press 2 to sort the ToDo tasks by Category.
•
Press 3 to sort the ToDo tasks by Priority.
•
Press 4 to sort the ToDo tasks by Status.
View summary:
Displays a summary of all the ToDo tasks.
IR send:
Sends the highlighted ToDo task data through the IR port.
