Press 3. A screen asking you to confirm the deletion will be displayed.

Press Softkey 1 to delete the recording. Press Softkey 2 to cancel the deletion.

Allocating a LED colour

This option enables LED to flash a certain colour when a particular phone number calls your phone.

With the required personal data in the phonebook list screen highlighted, press

Use the

keys to highlight the LED field and press

Use the

and

keys to highlight the LED colour required (as each colour is highlighted, an example will be displayed by the

LED) then press

to make your selection. The Edit screen will be re-displayed showing which colour LED has been allocated.

Press Softkey 1 to activate the selected LED colour.

Allocating a CLI picture

This option enables one of the pictures stored in your phone to be displayed when a particular phone number calls you.

With the required personal data in the phonebook list screen highlighted, press

Use the

and

keys to highlight the Picture field and press

Use the

and

keys to highlight the required picture and press

title in the Picture field.

Press Softkey 1 to activate the selected picture.

Allocating a Ring tone

This option enables a specific Ring tone to sound when a particular phone number calls your phone.

With the required personal data in the phonebook list screen highlighted, press

Use the

keys to highlight the Melody field and press

Use the

and

keys to highlight the required melody (an example of each melody will be played when they are highlighted)

and press

. The Edit screen will be re-displayed showing the melody title in the Melody field.

Press Softkey 1 to activate the selected melody.
