Changing your PIN2 code
Your phone supports advanced features (e.g. FDN) that may require a PIN2 code to be entered before they can be accessed or
modified. If the PIN2 code is entered incorrectly 3 times, you will need to contact your service provider for a PUK2 code.
With the Security menu screen displayed, press 1 and 2 to display the PIN2 Change screen.
Key in the current code and press Softkey 1. You are prompted to enter the new code, then to enter it again as confirmation.

Changing your Security code
The Security code is used to unlock the PIM features.
With the Security menu screen displayed, press 1 and 3 to display the Security code screen.
Key in the current Security code and press Softkey 1. You are prompted to enter the new code, then to enter it again as
confirmation.

Locks

The Locks menu allows you to enable the following lock functions: SIM PIN Lock, Phone Lock, and PIM Lock.
With the standby screen displayed, press

SIM PIN Lock

If SIM PIN Lock is enabled, SIM data can be accessed only when the correct PIN code is entered. To enable/disable SIM PIN Lock, use
the following procedure.
Press 1 to display the SIM PIN Lock screen.
Press 1 to enable or 2 to disable the lock function.
Key in your PIN code and press Softkey 1.
1, 4 and 2 to display the Locks screen.

code is "0000".

You are prompted to enter PIN
code after the Power on screen.
When the correct PIN code is
entered, the standby screen will
be displayed and all the operation
will be enabled.
