TIMER OPERATION
To cancel the alarm setting
To cancel the alarm 1 setting, press ALARM 1 once. While the
alarm indicator is flashing, keep ALARM 1 pressed for more than
3 seconds.
To cancel the alarm 2 setting, use the ALARM 2 button in the
same way.
The alarm indicator (1 or 2) disappears, but the alarm time setting
will not be cleared.
Notes
• The radio and CD alarm automatically turns off after about 1
hour. The buzzer alarm turns off after about 5 minutes.
• Even when the CD alarm is set, the buzzer alarm will turn on at
the preset time in the following cases:
– No discs are loaded
– Disc information cannot be read on any discs
– The disc compartment lid is not closed
• When FUNCTION is pressed during the timer-operated mode,
the alarm setting is cancelled, and the function is changed.
• The buzzer volume is fixed and cannot be set with the volume
control.
• The buzzer sound of ALARM 1 and ALARM 2 are different.
• When the alarm time set on ALARM 1 and ALARM 2 are the
same, the alarm timer functions only once at the alarm time
with the setting of the ALARM 1.
To cancel the alarm only on Saturday and Sunday
You can cancel the alarm every Saturday or Sunday.
After setting the alarm, press WEEKEND ALARM SKIP
repeatedly to select the day you want the alarm not to sound.
Each time the button is pressed, the display changes as follows:

: no alarm on Saturdays and Sundays
: no alarm on Sundays
: no alarm on Saturday
No indication: the alarm sounds every day.
