From an Outside Telephone/PT/SLT
Off-hook.
Calls are forwarded to the personal
message area if set to be forwarded.
To leave a voice message in the common message area
From an Outside Telephone
Off-hook.
DISA calls are transferred to the common
message area when a wrong number is dialed,
or when a specified intercept timer expires.
