• Never leave the appliance on a damp
surface or cloth.
• Do not allow children or the mentally
disabled to use the appliance without
supervision.
• Do not use spray products while the
appliance is switched on.
• Do not obstruct the air inlet or outlet
during use.
• Do not pull on the cable to unplug the
appliance from the mains socket.
• Do not let the hairdryer hang from its
cable.
• Do not roll the cable around the
appliance.
• The user should never attempt to
change the cable. If, for any reason, the
cable requires changing, contact a
Technical Assistance Service authorised
by the manufacturer.
• Do not switch the hairdryer on if
- The power cable is damaged
- It is not in perfect conditions
- It has been dropped.
• If you decide never to use the appliance
again, cut the power cable, first
ensuring that the appliance is
unplugged.
• To avoid damaging your hair, do not
hold the hairdryer too close.
The hairdryer is equipped with an overload
protection device that will automatically
switch the appliance off in the event of
overheating (e.g. as the result of the air
inlet or outlet becoming blocked). If the
hairdryer switches itself off during use, turn
the switch to "0" and wait for approximately
5 minutes. Eliminate the cause of the
blockage before switching the hairdryer
back on.

5. USING YOUR HAIRDRYER

Towel-dry your hair after washing. Plug the
appliance into the mains and set to the
temperature and air flow you require.
The hairdryer comes equipped with two
accessories: a concentrator nozzle that
enables you to direct the air flow towards a
specific point, and a diffuser to give your hair
more volume. Both accessories fit easily onto
the front part of the appliance.
Ionisation element
This hairdryer has an ionisation element
which buttom has two positions:
In this position the button must be
pressed so that the ionisation
element generates ions.
Fixed position to generate ions.
Customer benfit:
• Negative ions reduce the electrostatic
charge in the hair:
The integrated ionisation element
generates thousands of negatively
charged ions which prevent electrostatic
charge in the hair.
• Fast drying time through ionisation:
The ions surround each hair shaft and
separate the water molecules, leading to
a separation of the moist hair and
causing a reduced drying-time at a lower
heat setting (very little heat is needed).
• Super shine through ionisation:
Hair damage is reduced and nutrients are
sealed inside each hair shaft, making the
hair consistently softer, fuller, silkier,
smoother & healthier looking.
Cold air button ( )
The hairdryer also has a cold air button that
enables rapid cooling. This button has two
positions:
In this position, cold air will be
expelled for as long as the button is
held down.
In this position, cold air will be
expelled even after the button has
been released.
