PPTP WAN Mode

A method of connection that requires you to enter your PPTP IP Address, PPTP Subnet Mask,
PPTP Gateway IP Address, PPTP Server IP Address, Username and Password (provided by
your Internet Service Provider) to gain access to the Internet.
PPTP IP Address:
Enter the IP Address provided by your ISP.
PPTP Subnet Mask:
Enter the Subnet mask provided by your ISP.
PPTP Gateway IP
Enter the Gateway address provided by your ISP.
Address:
PPTP Server IP Enter the IP Address of the PPTP server you are connecting to. This
Address: information is provided by your ISP.
Username: The username that you use to login to your Internet connection.
Password: Enter the password associated with your username.
Verify Password: Retype the password for verification.
Maximum Idle Time: Defines how long the machine can be idle before the PPTP connection is
disconnected.
PPTP Connection:
The Disconnect button will immediately terminate any active connection.
Note: These buttons become enabled after the router has been rebooted
with the PPTP mode selected.
