ON:
AT (autotuning) is being executed for the corresponding Temperature
Controller and the corresponding Temperature Controller is communi-
cating normally.
OFF:
AT (autotuning) is stopped for the corresponding Temperature Con-
troller and the corresponding Temperature Controller is communicat-
ing normally, or the unit number belongs to a Temperature Controller
that is not communicating normally.
