Before using for the first time

Replacing the removable bowl and the lid

• Press lid opening button to unlock lid.
• Lift the lid upwards to remove it.
• Place the lid with the Waterclean® anti-odour filter, the bowl
and the basket in the dishwasher or with warm water and
washing up liquid.
• Clean the body using a sponge and soapy water.

You should never immerse the appliance in water.
• When the lid, the bowl and the basket are thoroughly dry, place
them back on the deep fryer.
• Put the bowl with the Min/Max (
the appliance.
• The base of the bowl must fit perfectly onto the element.
