Troubleshooting
[Situation]
Loaded paper cannot be fed at all even if
push the Start button. The error screen (on
right picture) shows up.
Check the below steps and remove the
issues for feeding error. The error screen
can be closed when push 「Esc」 button.
Did you flip down the Air Suction BOX?

Is the paper loading corect?
In order to make it easy to understand it is shown with
the suction BOX raised.

Check the following points.
□Does air blow come out?
□Does the Air suction work?
□Do the Feeding Belts turn?
□Is there a jammed papers in the machine?
□Did you replace the Separation Rubber Assy?
Refer the left picture and check the following points.
・Is the Air Suction BOX is at the lowest position?
→ Air Suction BOX must be parallel position with paper
surface or paper cannot be fed correctly. Set at lowest position.
・Is the loading paper less than 80mm depth?
→ Loading capacity is up to 80mm.
・Is the paper caught by the Height Sensing Bar on the way?
→ Paper cannot be sucked if the Height Sensing Bar doesnʼt
touch the paper surface correctly. Check the bar if it can be lift
up and down smoothly by fingers.

Refer the left picture and check the following points.
① Do the loaded papers touch the front plate softly? (no gap)
② Is the Air Suction BOX is at the lowest position?

【Other supplies】: Papers are set on the center position?

④ Doesnʼt the Side Guide on non-operator side hit the loaded
papers too strong?
⑤ Doesnʼt the End Guide hit the loaded papers too strong?
□ Donʼt the papers curl too bad?
□ Did you separate the paper well before operation?

Please contact the dealer if there is a problem with the check below.
Check if the loaded papers are separated by air blow from the
front.
Check if the top paper is sucked to the Air Suction BOX
correctly.
Check if the all belts in Air Suction BOX turn when paper is fed
to forward.
The machine cannot start to operate if a paper is left in the
machine. Remove the jammed paper.
Paper cannor be fed if the Separation Rubber is adjusted at
too high position. Adjust the height.
