CLEANING AND CARE

Disconnect the appliance from the electrical supply before any operation. The enamelled or
painted parts must be cleaned every time the oven is used.
Wait for the oven to cool and clean it with warm water and a non-corrosive detergent. Never
use knives, steel wool etc. Make sure that fat does not deposit on the walls as this will produce
unpleasant smells when the oven is next used. Both the door and glass panel can be removed to
facilitate certain cleaning operations.
