Melting:
butter, chocolate, jelly
Slow cooking:
ragout, rice pudding, sugar syrup
The
key switches off all cooking zones in operation
simultaneously, even if the controls have been cut out.
Press the
zones will go out after the beep.
As long as the temperature of a cooking zone remains
above 60°C, the associated display will continue to
show a blinking letter (H).
Never touch the zones indicated and never place
objects which may be damaged by heat on them;
risk of burning!
High heat values are necessary in the following cases:
– considerable quantities of food to be cooked;
– cooking in pans without lids;
– use of glass or ceramic casserole dishes.
