RAID adapter
The following options are available:
• Hardware RAID (RAID level 0, 1, 5, and 10):
– ThinkSystem RAID 9350-16i 4GB Flash PCIe 12Gb Adapter (with flash power module)
– ThinkSystem RAID 940-8i Flash PCIe Gen4 12Gb Adapter (with flash power module)
– ThinkSystem RAID 9350-8i 2GB Flash PCIe 12Gb Adapter (with flash power module)
– ThinkSystem RAID 5350-8i PCIe 12Gb Adapter
– ThinkSystem RAID 9350-16i 4GB Flash PCIe 12Gb Internal Adapter (with flash power module)
– ThinkSystem RAID 9350-8i 2GB Flash PCIe 12Gb Internal Adapter (with flash power module)
– ThinkSystem RAID 5350-8i PCIe 12Gb Internal Adapter

– Intel VROC SATA RAID

Electrical input
Depending on your configuration, the server comes with one of the following power supply configurations:
• Supports one fixed power supply: 300W power supply
• Supports up to two hot-swap power supplies for redundancy support: 800W power supply
Important: Redundant power supplies in the server must be with the same brand, power rating, wattage and
efficiency level.
Notes:
• ThinkSystem SR250 V3 only supports AC input power. Do not use 240 VDC input.
• The actual power efficiency depends on system configuration.
