Repair

Check Level Sensor Calibration

1. Once the probe is installed and tightened in an
empty tank, make sure all level sensor dip-switches
are set to OFF/0.
2. Turn the system main power switch ON.
3. Navigate to the Supply screen. See XM PFP Opera-
tion manual.
4. Verify the tank is shown as empty on the screen,
except for the 4 gallon checkered dead band near
the bottom.
5. If the tank level is shown as black or if the level is
jumping, perform a disturbance scan:
NOTE: Tank level must be below the level sensor probe
end for the disturbance scan to perform the desired
function.
a. Remove the cover from the level sensor head.

. 10. First, flip dip-switch #8 to the ON/1

setting. Then do the same to dip-switch #7, then
#6, then #4 in that order. The LED on the level
sensor will blink green and red.

c. Press and release the button next to the blinking
LED. The LED will remain green for several sec-
onds.

d. After the LED returns to blinking green and red,
set dip-switches #4, #6, #7, and #8 back to
OFF/0. The LED will begin blinking green.
6. Screw the cover on to the level sensor head.
