Initializing All Settings to Defaults
You con restore all camera menu settings to defaults (initial settings at the factory). (The date and time
will not be reset.)
^ Press the MENU button.
^ If you are sure that you wish to reset use the
~
joystick to choose "YES", and then press the ►/! I
The menu screen will appear.

^ Use the joystick to
choose "Reset" on the
"Initial Setup" menu
screen, and then press
the ►/!! button.
All the setting items have now been reset to de¬
faults.
^ Press the MENU button.
The menu screen will disappear.
The "Reset" verification screen will appear.
Note: To cancel resetting midway, choose *NO*
on the screen for verification in step 2 or press the
□ button.
