Recognized if the following data is received from certain MID! iN(Controi MIDI iN).
2.1 Program change

3.1 One way communication
3.1.1 Request RO! 11H
When the RQ} received contains addresses jisted in "4.Address mapping of parameters",
and address size is | or more,
A~-880 sends the corresponding data.
A~880 won't transmit RO} by itself.
