Signal/Auto Program
Signal sets the TV up to receive either over-the-air antenna signals (Air) or the cable signal from your
cable service provider (Cable). Use Auto Program to automatically find and store in the TV's memory, all
the stations available in your area.

With the remote control in hand, press POWER to turn on
your Entertainment Machine

Press MENU so the Setup menu appears.

Use the UP or DOWN arrow to select Signal.

With Signal highlighted, use the RIGHT or LEFT arrow on the
remote control to select either:
Air - for over-the-air antenna reception.
Cable - for reception from your cable service provider.

Use the UP or DOWN arrow to select Auto Program.

Press a RIGHT or LEFT arrow to begin Auto Program, follow
on-screen instructions. When the channel search is complete,
you are ready to watch T
Auto Program finds channels being received by the TV tuner. See
information on page 15 for using the Cable Box or VCR tuners.
Cable will not work unless you subscribe to cable service.
