CC When Mute
Displays closed captions when the audio
(sound) is muted
Feature works when sound is muted.
1
Press MENU repeatedly to place the Special
(features) menu on the TV screen.
2 Use the Up or Down select arrow to
highlight the CC When Mute option.

Use the Left or Right adjust arrow to choose:
Off, or On.
Off, feature not active.
On, if available, captions will appear until
mute is turned off.
4 Press MUTE to activate CC When Mute.
Press MUTE again to turn feature off.
This feature works great if you get a phone call and do
not want to miss the audio portion of the program you
are watching.
Not all programs have closed captions.
