Open the document tray using the raised
tab on the right hand side.
Place the document face up with its left
edge along the paper guide, and then slide it
in.
elf you are sending two or more pages, you
must send each page separately.
To insert a document firmly hold it with both
hands approx. 3 to 5 inches from the top as
pictured. Before releasing the document,
pull back slightly to make sure that it is being
held firmly.
eFINE mode is indicated by the
FINE indicator.
eFINE is suitable for originals written with small
characters.
eSTANDARD is suitable for printed or
typewritten originals with normal size
characters.
