Internal Memory--deletes everythingin
internal memoryincludingemail addresses,

internal memory.
Using the self-timer
Usethe self-timerwhen you want to be includedin a picture.
1 In any Still mode,pressthe _ button repeatedly
to choose:

10 seconds--A picture istaken after a 10-second
delay(so you havetime to get into the scene).
2 seconds--A picture istaken after a 2-second
delay(for a steady,auto-shutterreleaseon a
tripod).
2 shot--The first picture istaken after a 10-second
delay.A secondpicture is taken 8 secondslater.
Composethe scene.
3 Press the Shutterbutton halfway, then
completely down.
Thecamera takesthepicture/pictures a fter thedelay
NOTE: Self-timer isnotavailable inmenu mode.
