2. BREW TEST

Brew coffee, LED screen display "run".

After brew, the screen will display 6pcs date rolling, if the display shows "PAS".
Press power key and then return to stand by mode.

By pressing gold button the machine start to brew all the 300ml (with hot water 12oz 95°C settings).

Enable also the PTC and control it at a 100°C. At the end of supply the firmware must check: That all the NTC must have reached a
predetermined temperature. Time of supply must be within parameters. Pump speed/current must be ok. Flow meters counter must
be within two parameters.
Enable, if present, the solenoid valve for half quantity. If no any error occurs after the test, on the PCBA clock display, the value will be
shown as difference in comparison with the reference: "10:00", the first digit, will be the sign: first digit not illuminated means
positive value, 1 means negative value. Second and third digit will be the difference from reference target, as example: if target is 95,
and we get 92, and temperature will be the first value: on the display we will have: 10:31. If 96°C it will be 00:11. - AVERAGE
TEMPERATURE of NTC flow will be measured (moving average) this value must be taken after the preheat until the cooling down) (hot
water has a cooling down water quantity, no check temperature in that case) - Brewing time, from the end of preheat to end of brew
(use the first 3 digit in seconds); - Flow meter average speed. - Boiler temperature (to be defined which one) (same as flow NTC,
average must be taken after the preheat until the cooling down) - NTC of heat plate, at the end. - Check the Flow meter counts, show
the deviation; Inside the FW the reference value for each value must be stores (no need to store all the value in EEPROM, just in RAM)
and compared with the one obtained by the test, other parameter can be adjusted in the future.
After the test on the display it will shown PAS and then cyclically all the value obtained then PAS and continuously all the value up to
the switch off.
At the end must be checked the quantity that comes out with a scale.
