DISASSEMBLY
Cautions on Disassembly
Follow the below-mentioned notes when disassembling the
unit and reassembling
it, to keep its safety and excellent
performance:
1. Remove the power supply plug from the wall outlet before
starting to disassemble the unit.
2. Take off nylon bands or wire holders where they need be
removed when disassembling the unit. After servicing the
unit, be sure to rearange the leads where there were before
disassembling.
. Use sufficient care on static electricity of integrated circuits
and other circuits when servicing.
1) REMOVAL
OF CABINET
(Refer to Figure 4—1.)
1. Remove
five screws
retaining the cabinet: four screws
A
(at the right and left sides), and one screw
(at
the rear side).
2. Shift the cabinet backwards about 10 mm.
3. Giving a force to the bottom of cabinet, hold it up and
remove.
2) REMOVAL
OF FRONT
PANEL
(Refer to Figure 4—2.)
1. Remove six knobs and one screw (©) retaining near the
TREBLE control shaft.
2. Remove
four
screws O and
remove
the front panel.
(two screws each for the right and left sides.)
3) REMOVAL
OF
BOTTOM
PLATE
(Refer to Figure 4—3.)
Remove five screws © retaining the bottom plate, then
the bottom plate can be detached.
