Maintenance message "Service of
machine needed"
When the message "Service of machine needed" shows
on the remote control screen, it is necessary to let an
approved service agent do maintenance on the product.
The message shows after the first 50 hours of operation
when the initial maintenance is necessary. After the
initial maintenance is done, the message shows each
250 hours.

• Use personal protective equipment. Refer to
Personal protective equipment on page 25 .
• Park the product in a sufficiently large and safe area.
• Park the product on a level surface with the arm
system and outriggers down.
• Stop the motor and disconnect the power plug to
prevent accidental start during maintenance. Make
sure that the power plug is locked with a lock out tag
out plug during maintenance (DXR 95). Do the steps
that follow:

sure that the main switch on the electrical enclosure
is locked during maintenance (DXR 145, DXR 275,
DXR 305, DXR 315).
• Set out clear signs to give a warning to bystanders
that maintenance work is in progress.
