Microsoft Office 97
Before printing from Microsoft Office 97, make sure the DocuColor 40 CP ICM
profile is not installed in the Windows\System\Color folder. If the ICM profile is
installed, JPEG, BMP, and TIFF images print incorrectly from Microsoft Office 97.
To uninstall a profile, browse to the Windows\System\Color folder and locate the
DocuColor 40 CP ICM profile. If the icon is white, the profile is installed; if it is gray,
it is not installed. If the profile is installed, select the profile and choose the right-
mouse Uninstall command.
When the ICM file is not installed, color control options do not appear in the Graphics
tab of the Printer Properties dialog box, as shown below.
