This section describes the Layout tab settings tab.
NOTE: You can restore defaults by clicking [Restore Defaults].
Settings
Prints 2, 4, 6, 9 or 16 consecutive pages of the document on a
single page of paper. This feature is known as "Multiple-Up."
Select the number of pages to be printed on a single page from "2
Up," "4 Up," "6 Up," "9 Up," and "16 Up." The area of the paper to
be printed is divided equally among the pages and the pages will
be automatically rotated and reduced to fit into the page.
KEY POINT: If setting other than "Off" is selected in "Booklet
Creation" on the "Layout" tab, only "1 Up" can be selected. You
can check the result of the change in setting on the preview image
at the top right of the screen.
