BEARING HOUSING
CONNECTING ROD REPLACEMENT
(See Fig 23)
Before doing this procedure, follow the Pressure
Relief Procedure Warning on page 13 to reduce
the risk of an injection injury, injury from moving
1. Stop the sprayer at the bottom of its stroke to get
th. crank (El in its lowest position. If the crank (E)
must be lowered manually, carefully rotate the
blades of the fan with a screwdriver.
2. Remove the front cover and screw (31,

Unscrew the suction tube

holding a wrench on the pump intake valve to keep
the pump from loosening.
4. Disconnect the pump outlet hose

11. Assemble the connecting rod

12. Clean the mating surfaces of the bearing and drive
housings.
13. Align the. connecting rod with the crank
