For dual color image data, each byte of
DATA
describes the On/Off condition of
one of the eight vertical dot positions.
The most significant bit of each byte is
the topmost dot. A one bit is printed in
the foreground color and a zero bit is
printed in the background color. When
the end of a print line is reached before
the image data is exhausted, the
remaining image data is discarded.
