How to remedy the problem
Reduce load
Check frequency converter and supply cables
Check the commutation, if required re-adjust the commu‐
tation angle offset
Measure the winding resistances and insulation resistan‐
ces, motor replacement after consultation with the manu‐
facturer
Check cooling water connection / switch on cooling water /
check cooler
Locate leaks and seal as necessary, or consult the manu‐
facturer
Check cooling water flow rate according to data sheet
specification
Set correct intake temperature
Check the shielding and grounding
Adjust the controller
Determine cause and adjust parts
Consult the manufacturer
Contact the manufacturer; where required, repair by the
manufacturer
Align motor unit, check coupling
Check coupled machine
Locate leaks and seal as necessary, or consult the manu‐
facturer
