Virtual Private Networks (VPN)

From your phone, you can add, set up, and manage virtual private networks (VPNs) that allow
you to connect and access resources inside a secured local network, such as your corporate
network. Depending on the type of VPN you are using at work, you may be required to enter
your login credentials or install security certificates before you can connect to your company's
local network. You can get this information from your network administrator.
1.
From the Network & internet screen, tap VPN.
2.
Tap
and enter VPN profile > SAVE.
3.
Tap the VPN connection you have added.
When prompted, enter your login credentials, and then tap CONNECT.
4.
When you are connected, a VPN connected icon appears in the notification area.

Private DNS

Private DNS is a way to secure queries and responses between your phone and a website
when your phone tries to get information from the website. You can configure your phone to
connect to a private host.
1.
From the Network & internet screen, tap Private DNS.
2.
Tap one of available Private DNS modes.
NOTE: If you selected Private DNS provider hostname, enter the hostname you want
to use.
3.
Tap SAVE.

Adaptive connectivity

You can save battery life by enabling this function. Your phone will automatically switch from 5G
to 4G when it thinks you wouldn't benefit from faster network and will turn on 5G only when you
need increased speed, like when you stream or download videos.

Connected Devices

Your phone can connect to other devices as follows.
► From the Apps launcher, tap Settings > Connected devices to open the Connected
devices screen.
