Kyocera support teams.

From the Apps launcher, tap Support Center.

The following options are available:
Tips & Tricks to search or browse through helpful information on the Kyocera
website.
Contact us online to contact Kyocera support teams via Live chat or Email.
Kyocera consumer support to place a call to the Kyocera customer support.
Kyocera Business Select support to place a call to the Kyocera Business Select
team.
Remote Support
This feature allows a Kyocera support professional to remotely connect to your phone to assist
you. To receive this free support, follow the instructions below.
Get Kyocera Support
The Kyocera call center provides free remote support. (USA and Canada only)
From the About phone screen, tap Remote Support.

Tap FREE KYOCERA SUPPORT.

Contact the Kyocera Call Center at 1-800-349-4478 to let them know you need remote
support.
Tap NEXT.

Tap AGREE to the Terms and Policy.
6.
Provide the call center personnel the Support Code that is displayed.
7.
Tap ALLOW when prompted to enable Remote Support.
