Making Connections
How to Connect to the PC
1.
Make sure the camera's power is OFF.
2.
Connect the small end of the USB cable to the USB port on the camera.
3.
Connect the larger end of the USB cable to the USB port on the computer.
4.
The camera's red LED will light to indicate PC-connection, the computer will detect a
new hardware, and display the following message: "New Hardware Found, COACH
DSC, Mass Storage Driver".
5.
For Windows 98SE users
If this is the first time connection, follow the on-screen instructions to install the
hardware drivers. Wait until the hardware driver completely installs before downloading
files.
How to Connect to the TV
1.
Make sure the camera's power is OFF.
2.
Connect the single-ended AV cable (optional) to the TV-out port on the camera, and
connect the color-coded double-ended cable to the AV port on the TV (white to white,
yellow to yellow).
3.
Refer to "How to Playback Image/Video on a TV" on page 15 to playback images/videos
on the TV screen.
