Click once on a file to highlight it and press "Ctrl+A" on your keyboard to
select all files in the same window. Then press "Ctrl+C" to copy images and
"Ctrl+V" to paste and save them to a folder on your computer. You may also
"Drag and Drop them to a folder on your desktop to save them after
highlighting as above.
