Operate the receiver for at least 20 minutes before attempting convergence adjustment.
Check that the power A.C. line is normal.
(AC 220 volt, 50Hz)
Connect A.C. line and the receiver power switch sets in "ON" position.
Receive a crosshatch pattern or dot pattern with a colour bar signal generator.
Adjust the brightness and contrast controls for well defined picture.
Adjust the two taps of the 4 pole magnets to change the angle between them and superimpose
red and blue vertical lines in the centre area of the screen.
Turn the both tabs at the same time keeping the constant angle to superimpose red and blue
horizontal lines at the center of the screen.
Adjust two taps of 6-pole magnets to superimpose red and blue line with green. Adjusting the
angle affects the vertical lines and rotating both magnets affects the horizontal lines.
Repeat adjustment (2~4) if necessary.
As 4 pole magnets and 6 pole magnets interact and it makes dots movement complex, practice above
steps until understanding red and blue movement. (Figure 13)
