Memory Extension
UPGRADE BUFFER
Warning: Memory boards are sensitive to electrostatic charge,
earth yourself by touching: the PC chassis before handling the
boards.
Memory expansion 8 Mb or 32 Mb DRAM: the sockets must
always contain two memory expansion modules (SIMM; Single-
in-line memory modules). Use always 30 lead modules of the
same type, speed, size and manufacturer.

Description of the upgrade action.
1. Disconnect the supply cord before opening.
2.
Remove the 7 cross-slotted screws, 3 at the back of the
player and 4 on the right and the left side of the player.
3. Remove the cover.
4. To remove the SIMM Modules :
Gently push aside the plastic latches. While you are pushing
the latches, move the top of the module to the centre of the
PC board and lift it.(see fig. A p.6).
