CANNER NSTALLATION
NOTE: If you want to "daisy-chain" the scanner and a Zip drive so
they share the port, first connect the Zip drive to the computer, then
connect the scanner to the Zip drive.
7. Plug the power adapter cable into the jack on the PaperPort scanner.
8. Plug the power adapter into an AC (wall) outlet.
The power-on light on the front of the scanner comes on indicating
the scanner is receiving power.
The following diagram show the cable connections.

9. Turn on your computer. You're ready to begin installing the
PaperPort software.
NOTE: On some PaperPort scanners the power-on light remains lit
when the computer is turned off. This is normal even though the
computer is turned off.
