16-3. PLD Version Upgrade Procedure

The AJ-YAD455P uses PLDs. At the time of a version upgrade, use the special tool, connect the respective
connection connectors, and use the PLD writing software.

B. Connection
1. Connect the D-sub Cable between CN401 (for XILINX) connector of the CPLD WRITER(VFK1590) and
Personal Computer (Printer port).
2. Connect the CPLD WRITER Cable (VFK1590P4) between connector on objective PCB and P4
connector of CPLD WRITER. (Refer to 16-3-1.Chart of PLD Writer and following figure.)
3. Turn on AJ-D455P and Personal Computer (Windows mode).
