PREFACE
A single, CCD
chip is employed
in the Panasonic
WV-
CL500/WYV-CL502E/WV-CL504E colour CCTV camera
to provide a wide array of benefits to the user.
Since the charge coupled device (CCD) image sensor
eliminates bulky tubes, the camer is extremely compacat
and lightweight.
The CCD camera has superb resistance to burn-in, intro-
duces no geometric distortion, is not affected by mag-
netic fields, has long life, and is highly resistant to dam-
age from vibration and shock.

gerous locations where a compact, lightweight, highly
reliable camera is needed.
